Visit Lake Mohave — Yes, there’s a Lake Out There

Come out with us to a special place just south of Las Vegas. Jet Ski Rentals may not have been your first thought when you considered going on a desert tour, but it is the norm out here at Lake Mohave.

This reservoir formed by the Davis Dam meets up with a desert shoreline, creating a beach just like you’d find on the ocean. The only difference is that there’s no tide, undertow, sharks, or other dangers of the sea.

Next to the crystal clear waters and sandy shores are red canyons and sheer walls, creating the perfect beach paradise/southwest lodge experience.

We just recently completed another tour of the area. Visitors enjoyed a pickup from their hotel, and a ride out to Lake Mohave. We provided bottled water, lunches, and spent a few hours relaxing with our new friends. Some of them read from a beach chair while getting a tan, others rented jet skis and 26’ deck cruisers. When we drove them back to their hotel, they were refreshed and glad to spend a few hours at this little-known lake.

This is the perfect getaway for international travelers, families, and business groups who wish to see the real Vegas, without being surrounded by craziness.
